Hi, I'm Priscilla Myles — the heart behind Chosen Helpers. I'm a trained, Christian birth doula, a wife, a mom of two, and a maternal health advocate, dedicated to walking alongside families during one of life's most sacred journeys: childbirth.

With a Master's in Public Health and years of experience supporting health centers across the county, I bring both compassion and advocacy to every birth space. I'm also the Founder and Executive Director of Blessed Provisions Inc., Frederick County's only diaper bank — work that keeps me rooted in what families actually need, long before and after the birth itself.

My mission is rooted in a deep commitment to improving maternal and infant health outcomes, and I believe that every mother deserves to feel seen, heard, and empowered before, during, and after childbirth.

When I'm not serving growing families, you can find me baking something sweet, spending time with my own two kids, or building bridges between healthcare and the community. At Chosen Helpers, I see birth work as more than a service — it's a calling.
